· To assist senior pastor in ministering to the church congregation by providing spiritual leadership with emphasis on Church and community Youth defined as grade levels 6-12.
· Create, implement and maintain ministry within ULBC and surrounding community specifically tailored to introduce youths to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to provide an environment for them to grow in their Christian faith.
· Create, implement and maintain coordinated and comprehensive curriculum for ULBC youth including but not limited to Sunday school and Wednesday night gatherings; designed to teach Christian doctrine and scripture and how to apply it to everyday life.
